Choose The Look That Fits You
Warm & Residential
Natural oak, walnut veneer, tactile stone. The kind of kitchen that feels like it's always been there, and like it's meant to be used every single day.
Bold & Architectural
Statement islands, fluted panels, dramatic veneers. For spaces that are meant to command attention. Often anchored by a feature countertop that makes the whole room make sense.
Why Modenzo
The difference is in everything you can't see.
Every detail, from the hardware you touch to the hinges you never see, is chosen for how it performs over years of daily use.
Italian aesthetic. Local price point
European design sensibility with clean proportions, quality materials, finishes that age well. The look you'd expect to import at a price that makes sense to build locally.
German hardware. Always standard
Blum and Häfele mechanisms throughout. Soft-close hinges, full-extension drawers, lifetime-smooth operation. Not an upgrade. Not optional. Just how we build.
Designed in 3D. Before anything is built
Photoreal renders and full material palettes — walk through your kitchen virtually and refine every finish, every layout, every detail before manufacturing begins.
Made in Dubai. By our own team
Designed and built in-house. Full control over quality, finishes, and lead times. No outsourcing. No subcontractors. No surprises.
One team. Start to finish
A single project manager from first consultation to final handover. You know who to call. We know your project inside out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions, answered.
Can’t find what you need? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll reply the same day.
How much does a modular kitchen cost in Dubai?
Pricing depends on size, finish, countertop material, and scope. Most of our projects deliver genuine luxury quality without the premium of an imported brand. The most accurate number comes from a free consultation — we measure your space, understand the brief, and give you a clear figure. No obligation to proceed.
What's the difference between a modular and a custom kitchen?
Modular typically means standardised unit sizes. At Modenzo, everything is built to your exact dimensions — so your 2,847mm wall gets a kitchen for exactly 2,847mm. We call it modular. It's entirely custom.
Do you do Italian kitchen designs?
Our aesthetic draws directly from Italian design principles — proportions, material pairings, finish quality. European suppliers for materials, German suppliers for hardware. The result looks and feels Italian. Built here in Dubai, which is how the pricing stays realistic.
How long does a kitchen take?
Most projects run 4–8 weeks from approved 3D design to installation. Complex layouts or stone feature walls may run slightly longer. We confirm timelines before you commit and stick to them.
Can I see it in 3D before you build it?
Always. Photoreal renders and a full material palette before a single panel is cut. If something isn't right, we change it at the design stage — not after.
Do you supply appliances, sinks, and lighting?
Yes. Appliances, sinks, faucets, and lighting are all specified and integrated during the design stage. If you have pieces you've already sourced, we design around them.
Where is your kitchen showroom in Dubai?
Trump Golf Club, DAMAC Hills 1, Dubai. Full-size kitchen displays — real finishes, real drawers, real countertops. Walk-ins welcome. Book ahead, and a designer will be ready for you.
